The online store ATH-Moto is managed by ATH Moto.

The buyer has the right to return the products without any reason within 14 days of receiving them, according to the provisions of OUG 34/2014.

The buyer can give up the products purchased from the atvrom.ro online store, within 14 days from their receipt.

According to the legislation in force, the right of withdrawal is applicable to individual clients.

The right of withdrawal can only be applied to products delivered by courier.

Products ordered by special, external orders for which an advance has been requested and which have been brought at the customer's request, cannot be returned.

For products ordered in advance which the customer renounces at for various reasons, the seller may withhold up to 100% of the advance submitted by the customer.

Not accepted on return:

- Products that have been subjected to unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, shards, bumps, mechanical / electrical shocks, products that lack accessories are not accepted.

- Identification tags are damaged or missing;

- The equipment is used, scratched, damaged or incomplete, traces of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to stop an amount of the product value, the amount will be communicated after the assessment of the damages caused. Also, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuses proven according to OUG 34/2014 Art 14 (3).

- Products without original accessories and components

- Parts that show traces of wear, assembly, painting, welding

- The packages that mentioned the refund amount on the transport label

The return costs will be fully borne by the Buyer and the refund of the value of the product accepted on return will be made within 14 days from receipt of the return to our headquarters.

- In case of a return for which "Parcel in exchange" is requested, the transport fee will be according to the price from the fan courier (tour parcel, return parcel)

We recommend for return, the transport of the products with the original packaging undamaged with, the specific labels and inscriptions to be taken intact and returned for sale.

If the return conditions of the products are not observed, the return fee of the rejected product is borne by the buyer.

Damage to the products during transport due to improper packaging in case of a product return leads to the refusal to receive the package and implicitly the refusal to return.

If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to charge a fee for returning to the original stage (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product as a second-hand or, at the client's option, we will resend the product, at his expense. This clause applies according to OUG 34/2014 Art. 14 (3) in case of purchasing products from this site using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in OUG 34/2014.

If several products of the same type have been purchased, only one unsealed product can be returned, the rest of the quantity is accepted only if the products are sealed.

How to return the products sold

Giving up the purchase will involve returning the product within the specified time, with all accessories and together with the undamaged packaging.

- Step 1: Fill in the return form

Model of instructions regarding the withdrawal to be completed according to OUG 34/2014

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

- Step 2: Send the product to ATH-MOTO.BG. In the package you must put the printed return form, the original warranty certificate and a copy of the purchase invoice.

We recommend that you send the package accompanied by the completed return form to facilitate the processing of the return. You can formulate any other unequivocal statement in which you express your decision to withdraw from the contract, sent on a durable medium, for example by e-mail, to the address office@ath-moto.bg.

Before sending the product, please make sure that a label containing the following information is applied on the package: Sender: Name Surname Address: Str. Nr. City and County Recipient: ATH Moto, ATH-MOTO.BG. Return Number: ****

Reimbursement of money

After the products have been accepted on return, the money will be refunded to a bank account mentioned by the customer in the form, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.

Replacement or return of money - Depending on the buyer's option, the money from the reversal of returned products can be used to pay for another product or can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product by ATH Moto, in the account indicated when completing the form.

To make the bank transfer you must specify the IBAN account number, the name of the holder and the PIN (Personal identification number).

ATTENTION - The IBAN account must belong to the person / company in whose name the invoice was issued!

The refund of the value of the returned products can also be made in cash, upon delivery of the products at our headquarters in ATH-MOTO.BG.

Steps to follow: - Mandatory attachment of the invoice (copy) and the product warranty certificate (original).

The warranty of the products is 24 months from the date of purchase. All products sold by our site, benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force LG 449/2003; OG 21/1992 R (2) and the commercial policies of the producers. The products are new, in the original packaging and come from sources authorized by each manufacturer. In the case of warranty certificates issued by manufacturers, the product claimed defective during the warranty period must be presented directly at the nearest showroom mentioned in the certificate. This center authorized by the manufacturer will take full responsibility for resolving the warranty. The lack of the product warranty certificate must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the goods at office@ath-moto.bg .

Product delivery policy:

Delivery of products purchased online is free.
The Seller will ensure the proper packaging of the Goods and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents. The Seller will deliver the Goods and Services only on the Romanian territory. The buyer will receive upon delivery for each Good that benefits from the warranty a warranty certificate with all the details of the service center that ensures the repairs during the warranty period.

Ownership of the Goods will be transferred upon delivery, after payment by the Buyer at the location indicated in the Order (meaning delivery - signing the receipt of the transport document provided by the courier or signing the receipt on the fiscal invoice in case of deliveries made by the Seller's staff) .

TECHNICAL MENTIONS

The power displayed in the technical specification of the vehicle refers strictly to the constructive power that can be developed by the engine when used exclusively in the off-road environment (international model without homologation). The choice of an ATV / UTV model in a certain type of approval (T1B / T3B / L7e) may in some cases lead to differences between the design power declared by the Manufacturer and the type approval, developed by the vehicle (due to the limitation of factory power, in in order to comply with the regulations in the field).

ATH Moto delivers to customers the units in compliance with the legal requirements in the field, meaning that our company cannot be responsible for the subsequent decision of the customer to make changes (to delimit the power of the purchased vehicle).
