Description
The CFMOTO 800MT Explore 2024 is an upgraded and improved version of the 800MT. This touring bike is aimed at adventure enthusiasts and long-distance travelers, equipped with a traction control system brought to the latest standards to provide stability and safety in any riding conditions, preventing wheel slip and loss of control. At the hardware level, it features an 8-inch display and rear RDS radar. The package includes Michelin tires. The 800MT Explore Edition stands out with its imposing design and abandons the traditional front design. Its tall stature is balanced by the geometry that ensures easy maneuverability on the street while offering a comfortable ride for long-distance touring.
The 799cc parallel-twin engine develops a maximum of 95 horsepower. The frame and subframe together weigh only 16 kg, while the high-strength cast aluminum swingarm weighs only 6.9 kg. With an approximate weight of 231 kg without luggage, this CFMOTO motorcycle is incredibly light and agile.
The CFMOTO 800MT Explore Edition comes with advanced features to enhance the riding experience: CF-SC clutch, BOSCH EFI electronic injection, and ride-by-wire electronic throttle for precise control. The front suspension with KYB inverted fork, 160mm travel, and adjustable KYB rear suspension with 150mm travel contribute to a smooth ride even on rough terrain. J.Juan brakes with two 320mm discs at the front and 260mm at the rear provide reliable stopping power. Cast aluminum wheels and Michelin tires, 19" at the front and 17" at the rear, offer excellent traction. A ground clearance of 190mm allows for overcoming obstacles on rough terrain.
Selectable Sport/Rain modes easily accessible from the handlebars allow for a personalized experience according to the rider's preferences and road conditions. The ABS cornering function adds an extra layer of safety. The Cruise Control function allows the rider to maintain a speed of up to 120 km/h. The two silver aluminum panniers offer 63 liters of storage space, while the top case offers a capacity of 36 liters.
